A small number of our services such as Pre-employment medical may incur a surcharge. Please ask our reception for further information.

Kindly bring your Medicare card or details of your private insurance to your appointment.

New patients need to complete a registration form, therefore, kindly arrive 10 minutes early.

EFTPOS facilities are available on-site for your convenience if required.
